Biography
After reading Economics at The University of Hull, Martin joined the London office of a large firm of Chartered Accountants. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 and specialised in tax until moving to the Group in Guernsey in 1994 when he became involved in taxation and trust & corporate services. Martin was appointed a Director in 1997. He has a wide ranging practical experience in Guernsey, UK and international trust, tax and related issues. He has previously been an editor of the Guernsey section of a number of leading technical publications including Tolleys Taxation in the Channel Islands and Jordans International Corporate procedures. Martin has a substantial base of trust and private clients.
