Recruitment

We believe in the continuing personal and professional development of all of our staff.
We provide structured training to graduates and school-leavers towards all of the mainstream professional accountancy qualifications, and have a strong policy of recruiting students who have local residential qualifications.

We look for a variety of skills from our staff. The ability to work comfortably with figures to a reasonable standard goes without saying. However, the skills we look for are communication skills, the ability to work in a team, organisation skills and a willingness to learn. We will develop the abilities they possess and enhance their business acumen through a combination of structured training and on-the-job experience.
