BDO wins Best Large Business award
Accountancy and business advisory firm, BDO Limited, lifted the Healthspan Best Large Business trophy at the Guernsey Awards for Achievement.
A huge accolade for the firm, the win demonstrates BDO’s uniquely successful position as a local firm with local expertise but with a worldwide network of resources at its disposal. BDO successfully met a range of criteria, particularly business performance and staff engagement, with every single member of the nearly 50-strong firm contributing to the award submission. As part of the entry, BDO highlighted its impressive business performance during an uncertain economic climate, strict professional service standards, an unusually flat management structure, impressively high employee engagement scores and an unfailing commitment to exceptional client Service.
The judges were impressed with the way BDO had “moved with the times to provide excellence in all areas of business and really felt that everyone was on board within the company.”
