Our comprehensive System of Quality Management (“SoQM”), aligned with the requirements of International Standard on Quality Management 1 underpins our drive for quality. The SoQM is Headed by our Head of Audit and Assurance Quality Management, supported by our Leadership Team and overseen by the Managing Director. As quality is a fundamental aspect of our business it is a standing agenda item on the Leadership Team’s agenda.
The delivery of high-quality work requires knowledge, experience, project management, appropriate technology, suitable methodologies, and professional conduct. Accordingly, the firm’s SoQM is built around our people, processes, and technology and enables us continuously to improve and strengthen quality.
