The SoQM is Headed by our Head of Audit and Assurance Quality Management, supported by our Leadership Team and overseen by the Managing Director. As quality is a fundamental aspect of our business it is a standing agenda item on the Leadership Team’s agenda. 

The delivery of high-quality work requires knowledge, experience, project management, appropriate technology, suitable methodologies, and professional conduct. Accordingly, the firm’s SoQM is built around our people, processes, and technology and enables us continuously to improve and strengthen quality. 

We are heavily invested in nurturing and maintaining a robust culture of quality within our organization covering all levels of our talented team.
