We are seeking an enthusiastic Audit Manager to join our dynamic and growing Audit department. You’ll be someone who can work pro-actively, managing your own tasks and team. You’ll also be confident collaborating with others, communicating regularly with senior managers and Directors to enable us to serve our clients effectively. We’re looking for a delivery-focused individual who is customer-centric and passionate about what they do.​

Stream: Audit ​

Reports to: Audit Senior Manager/Audit Director​


  • Manage a team within the Audit department on a day-to-day basis​

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, adapting to their unique needs and requirements​

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a range of clients, building lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service​

  • Manage client assignments from beginning to end, ensuring progress meets expectations and review work completed by junior team members​

  • Identify and understand client needs, suggest potential solutions on technical matters and communicate and agree client needs and potential solutions with managers or directors​

  • Support Directors and Senior Managers in the development of new business relationships and business proposals through high level sales and marketing activity​

  • Conduct rigorous project and financial management on all projects​

  • Create an environment that fosters success and best practice at every level and demonstrate professional leadership by example​

  • Actively participate in the coaching, mentoring and development of staff, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment​​


  • ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent​

  • Typically, a minimum of 4-5 years’ post qualification experience​

  • Relevant and up-to-date audit experience​

  • Experience with listed clients, Guernsey and UK reporting requirements and auditing international groups​​
