Graduate Training Programmes

When recruiting for our trainee programmes, we look for people who embody our values so that we know they will fit into our team. Your academic achievements are only part of the picture, we also like to know who you are, what you’re really passionate about and what fresh perspective you’ll bring to the office.

Our trainee programmes are typically three years, leading to a professional qualification at the end.

We aim to find graduates with at least a 2:2.  However, if you’ve narrowly missed out on those grades, you can still apply as we’ll assess your application based on your full range of achievements. Our recruitment process gives you the opportunity to tell us about yourself, your experience and what makes you different.
