BDO Guernsey recognises talent with nine promotions across Audit and Tax

Nine professionals at BDO Guernsey have been promoted following the firm’s latest promotion cycle, reflecting the continued growth of the firm and its commitment to recognising talent at every stage of career development.

The majority of promotions are within the Audit team, where eight individuals have progressed into more senior roles. Ellis Solway has progressed to the role of Senior Assistant Manager, while Adenike Owokade, Michael Aduamah, Olawumi Emmanuel, Sophie Gallienne, Sophie Berry and Toby Brook have all been promoted to Assistant Manager. Belinda Mandondo has been promoted to Senior Supervisor.

In the Tax team, Emily Marriott‑Trebert has been promoted to Manager, recognising her strong technical expertise and contribution to the firm’s continued development in this area.

These promotions reflect BDO Guernsey’s focus on creating an environment where people are supported to grow, develop and take ownership of their careers, underpinned by the firm’s People Value Proposition.
