Caroline heads up the HR function at BDO and is a member of the Leadership Team.  She is responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, supporting employees and the business to grow and flourish.  

With specialist experience in areas of HR including employee relations, learning and development, change management and restructuring, she manages the full people agenda, from strategic through to operational hands-on activities. 

Caroline finds her role most rewarding when she is helping to make differences that benefit both people and the business. Working for a company that shares her values is important to her and she was drawn to BDO because of its professional, friendly and caring culture.  

Caroline has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources from Guernsey’s finance, commercial and public industry sectors and is a Chartered Fellow of the professional body for HR, the CIPD. She is also a previous Chair of the CIPD Guernsey branch.
