Most recently, he worked as a HR Business Partner at Specsavers, where he focused on aligning people initiatives with strategic goals.

At BDO, he partners with teams across the business to enhance the employee experience, support wellbeing and inclusion and drive personal and professional growth. He is passionate about helping people thrive at work and believes that purpose, culture and relationships are key to organisational success.
