We value the principles of honesty, integrity, accountability and transparency.
In accordance with these principles, if an individual suspects wrongdoing within the firm it is vital that he or she flags this suspicion with us. We therefore encourage people to raise any concerns that they may have about the conduct of any staff in the firm.
If wrongdoing is uncovered, we will consider what actions to take to address the issue, including safeguards to improve our internal procedures and avoid a recurrence of the issue.
If you have a complaint about, or dispute with our firm, our directors, staff or contractors, you are advised to make us aware of this.
